Each time you go to a Campground or Holiday Park or any other accommodation you need to Check in upon arrival. Park at the office entrance and register and pay if you haven’t already.
If you would prefer to look around first ask what sites or cabins etc.are available and have a look first before a site is assigned to you. Usually if you are just staying overnight you don’t need to be particular but if you are staying for several days make sure it suits you. If you have any questions ask them before you commit to a site.
The park staff will usually give you a map and park rules, in the office there maybe be local town info, tourism and attractions that maybe useful if you are staying for a few days.
In the morning of leaving put out your rubbish and do a general clean of the site, cabin or room, double check everything has been collected so you don’t leave anything behind.
Return the key to the office if you have one, sometimes there is a box to put the key in. Usually the check out time is 10am..
A good time to arrive at your next destination is about 4pm, this gives you time to setup camp and some time to relax
