In June / July 2000 we embarked on our ’First Big Trip’ camping and travelling Australia. It was the most amazing adventure ever. We live in Victoria, travelled to Central Australia, up north to Darwin, Kakadu and then south through Outback Queensland and New South Wales to Victoria in 6 weeks and drove about 10,000kms in a 4WD Nissan Patrol. We tented in most places except the first 3 days and last 2 nights we stayed in cabins.
