There are benefits of taking a holiday break should not be overlooked, for some workers it may be difficult to getaway for several weeks or months. Even getting away for a long weekend or a week will be of benefit to your health.

  • Having a break does not have to mean you have to travel for days or stay at a fancy hotel, look for somewhere several hours away thats within your means eg. camping, stay with friends or family, try staying in a cabin at a Holiday park, a golf resort, a National park etc there will be many options available to you.
